Once you start the game your addons will be active. There is never an addon in .exe format. These are usually viruses and Trojans used to steal your Warhammer Online account and password. Also note that some addons may be out of date due patches released by EA Mythic. Always make sure you have the most up to date version of the addon you are using. Another thing to remember is that some addons may have special slash commands that can be used in the game chat interface. You will need to refer to the manual of your addon for more information. Once there you may need to create an interface folder followed by an Addons folder inside the interface folder. If these directories are already created then you do not need to worry. The addon files you’ve downloaded are usually in a zip or rar format. If this is the case, you’ll need to download Winzip or Winrar to extract the original files. Once that is done, just copy your addon you’ve downloaded into your addons folder.
